In an increasingly competitive market, having the necessary skills can make all the difference at the time of hiring! With that in mind, we’ve set up the best skills to list on your resume.

1 – Good communication skills.

For many functions, knowing how to communicate well can be a differential at the time of hiring. Speaking clearly and articulately during the interview can give you extra points in the selection process. When the recruiter is speaking, pay attention, avoid distractions and never interrupt them.

2 – Ability to solve problems.

You know those boring texts we have to do at the time of selection? They serve precisely to understand our ability to solve problems. In addition, they measure our logical reasoning and creativity. To train this skill, start imagining potential problems and think about solutions. It may sound silly, but it’s great training.

3 – Planning and organization.

Being able to stay focused and know how to organize daily tasks, according to the deadlines, is a skill much sought after by recruiters.

4 – Respect for diversity.

In a work environment there are people of different cultures, genders, religions and sexual identity’s. Respecting and knowing how to work in groups, regardless of differences, is fundamental to maintaining a positive organizational environment.

 5 – Teamwork.

Not all people can work well as a team. This involves learning to delegate and help when needed. When you’re part of a team, everyone works for one purpose. Companies value employees who actually wear the shirt.

6 – Flexibility.

Can you easily adapt to new technologies or challenges? Business environments undergo constant change. And being able to keep up with this transformation will certainly be a favorable point for you.

7- Initiative

Being proactive is essential! You should never be waiting for things to come to you. Did you notice a problem? Look for ways to solve it. When you have initiative, you can be sure that some doors will open for you.

8 – Leadership

Good leaders are essential to team development. And when a recruiter realizes this ability in you, you can be sure that you’ll earn a few more points in the selection.

9 – Persuasion

The power to persuade others is a very powerful skill. To do this, try out your persuasion skills.
