What do you love the most about teaching?

Teaching is one of my favorite things to do. I am not only given the opportunity to help others, but also inspire a potential interest in math and science, similar to mine. I enjoy helping other people improve on their math skills with a smile on my face. I have been teaching for almost 2 years. I started out as a Teaching Assistant in my high school's Algebra II/Trigonometry class. Last year, I became a tutor at Mathnasium, teaching subjects up to Calculus 3 to high school students. I was at this job for a little more than a year. I am also pursuing a position as a Math TA in my university. I have a lot of experience teaching, and almost all of my students improve in their class grades and concepts. I am also a student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign that is pursuing a minor in Applied Mathematics, spanning subjects past linear algebra and calculus 3, so I would be able to help a lot of people on subjects far less challenging than these given my experience in mathematics. I received an 800 on my Math SAT score and a 36 on my Math ACT score.
