What do you love the most about teaching?

I teach to inspire learning. Teaching is the opportunity to share wisdom, knowledge and encouragement. I have been teaching for the past seven years. I have worked in blended classes, homeschooling and online. I believe learning requires attention, retention, motivation and prior knowledge. My lessons are created to spark student's abilities. I have a MS in Educational Psychology that helps me to understand the learning process as well as an MS in Instructional Design which allows me to breakdown content.
