What do you love the most about teaching?

If you know something, pass it on. I am passionate about personal development. As humans we should be continually trying to better ourselves and moving forward in our lives. When we achieve something in this direction, I believe it is our duty to share the experience so that others can benefit in the way we have. I love teaching because it gives me the opportunity to pass on the things I have learned through study and experience. It is one of the most satisfying and rewarding things to see others develop and move forward in life because I have done the same before them. In my mind, a teacher is 'one who has gone before'. A teacher who is well trained and puts passion into their profession creates a path behind them for other to follow. But it is a two-way path. The student has also 'gone before' so the teacher continually learns by interaction with others. The exchange of knowledge, skills, experience is truly to force by which we change and improve ourselves and the world.
